The following information will help you understand what to expect with regard to doing business.

Trouble finding a time?

• *If you have trouble finding a time, please reach out to me directly, or to our at coachlisec@gmail.com. I will ensure you get a time that works for you.
•  Package and session fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, but you may end your relationship with me at the end of any session or package.
• *Everyone has unexpected things coming up here and there, especially when you’re going through narcissistic abuse recovery. So, we do allow for rescheduled appointments. But please note: if you need to reschedule, please ensure that you do so within 48 hours of the session to avoid the $25 reschedule fee.
• *Often, we have clients looking for same-day or next-day appointments, and we do try to squeeze them in wherever possible; so if you cannot make an appointment, please contact me asap so we can offer your session time to someone who needs it.coachlisec@gmail.com
• *90-DAYS – Purchased sessions and packages must be used within 90 days or session fees will be forfeited and you’ll need to purchase a new package.
